БОНЧ-ОСМОЛОВСКИЙ Михаил
Mikhail Aleksandrovich Bonch-Osmolovsky was awarded the Soviet national master title in 1951. As a player he achieved some success (3rd= in the Moscow Championship 1960) and is known for his contributions to opening theory. However, he was best known as a Soviet chess arbiter and as the President of the central chess section of the Burivyestnik Club.
