Unzip the rar file with a program such as winrar
You will receive an iso file
Using a program such as "Daemon Tools" or "Alcohol 120%" or "PowerIso" mount the iso file as an image. You should be able to find any of these above mentioned programs on Demonoid.
I am using alcohol 120. You can get a copy from:

The installation will then start automatically.
No registration code is necessary, but it is required that you have the image always mounted to start the program.
You can try also to burn it to a cd.
This program has been fully tested and virus checked with Nod32
